▋Barrier anti smashing radar
Designed for access control scenarios including parking lots and underground garages, the barrier gate anti-smash radar collaborates with the gate main control board to precisely regulate boom movement. It effectively prevents the boom from striking objects within its detection range, realizing intelligent anti-smash protection.
 
Adopting a highly integrated SoC RF chip solution, this radar features compact size, low cost, all-weather operation, high detection sensitivity and precision, as well as easy installation and debugging. Operating at 79GHz with linear frequency modulation continuous wave (LFMCW), it supports up to 4GHz effective bandwidth, 4cm distance resolution and sub-2cm ranging accuracy. Equipped with multi-transmit and multi-receive millimeter-wave antennas, it delivers high angular and angle-measurement resolution. Its DSP+ARM dual-core processing unit, combined with software-hardware co-optimization, enables accurate classification of pedestrians and vehicles, eliminating incidents such as vehicle/people smashing and gate failure to lower.

▋Product Features

  1. LED indicator lights: There are two LED indicator lights on the front of the radar. The red light is the power light, which remains on after the power is turned on; Green is the status light, which lights up when a target is detected in the area and turns off when the target disappears;
  2. Detection area configuration: The default sensing area of the radar is 3 meters forward, and different detection areas can be set through a mobile app or computer debugging software;

 

1) The power supply voltage is stable to avoid affecting the radar performance. It is recommended to separately connect a 12V/1A power adapter for power supply.
2) The radar antenna is integrated internally. When foreign objects (such as water droplets, frost, rain, snow, dust, etc.) cover the radar surface and affect its normal operation, they should be cleaned in a timely manner.
3) After detecting changes in the environment (such as installing guide columns, ice cream cones, etc. in the detection area), please relearn and record the environment.
4) The detection field of the radar should not have objects that affect target detection (such as metal fences, billboards, license plate recognition cameras, walls, etc.) to avoid interference with the radar.
5) It is not recommended to use radar in single channel mixed in and out scenarios with installed fences and billboard poles.  
6) For scenarios where there is a gap of more than 1 meter between the body of semi trailers, cement tankers, and other vehicles entering and exiting, it is recommended to use a dual radar installation scheme or remotely control the brake lever.
