▋Product precautions

 

A hand crank must be used to operate the barrier gate in the event of a power outage.

 

The tension spring of the product is factory-calibrated to a balanced state based on the length and weight of the barrier arm. Unauthorized modification to the barrier arm’s length or weight is prohibited, as this may cause an imbalance and lead to potential hazards. Any required adjustments must be performed by qualified professionals following formal consultation.

 

Under no circumstances should the tension spring be removed when the barrier arm is in a horizontal position, nor should the spring be disassembled without first being properly mounted on the equipment.

 

For the replacement or maintenance of the barrier arm, ensure the arm is in the raised position and the power supply is disconnected first. Remove the tension spring subsequently, with one operator holding the barrier arm securely by hand while another slowly lowers the arm to a horizontal position using the hand wheel on the end of the hand crank motor, before conducting any replacement work.
